I took an Italian cooking course on my last vacation to Rome, Italy. I've been to Italy a few times and this last time I participated in a class and it was the highlight of my trip. Walking into a kitchen in a restaurant in the center of Rome and the chef teaching me how to make a 4 course meal was something I never thought I would ever do. I would tell everyone that while visiting Italy, a cooking course is a must!
The site of the one I did was www.cookingclassesinrome.com. But there others outside of Rome also, if if you're not traveling to Rome.
